Review on Domestic and Foreign Development, Application of the Diagnosis Related Groups and the Research of Payment Standard
Abstract：Objective:It aimed at the development,application and payment standard on domestic and foreign diagnosis related groups(DRG).Methods:By literature review,the domestic and foreign researches of DRG were introduced.Results & Conclusion:DRG had been the center for the researcher of health economic and medical insurance payer,while different country had properly improved from these precedents.The regional situation of medical service technique and resources consumption should be considered when DRG was applied in medical payment system.
