Analysis on the Supply and Demand of Maternity Beds in Guizhou under the Universal Two-child Policy
Abstract：Objective:According to the fertihty policy adjustment,to understand the maternity beds allocation,service supply and utilization status to provide policy suggestions for the rational allocation of maternity beds.Methods:Questionnaire survey was apphed to obtain data of maternity beds.Grey system model(GMl.1) was used to predict the number of births in the past 5 years.Health service demand method was used to calculate resource allocation of maternity beds.Results:The existing total of maternity beds did not meet the service demand.From 2017 to 2021,the supply and demand ratio were less than 1.Conclusion:The total amount of maternity beds was in short,while the utilization and distribution were unbalanced.The rational allocation and utilization of maternity beds should be strengthened in primary health care institutions.
