Analysis on the Allocation of Physicians in Ningxia Based on the Heterogeneity Hypothesis
Abstract:Objective:It adjusted the number of physicians based on heterogeneity hypothesis to analyze the allocation of physicians for making the results more scientific.Methods:According to the number of registered (assistant) physicians before and after adjustment,it calculated the HRAD and the PAD concentration in different regions of Ningxia during years of 2012-2016.Results:The difference betweenthe Health Resources Agglomeration Degree(HRAD) and the Population Agglomeration Degree(PAD) in Yinchuan and Shizuishan showed physicians relatively abundant,and the difference betweenthe HRAD and the PAD in Wuzhong.Guyuan and Zhongwei showed physiciansrelatively short.Conclusion:It suggested that the problem of the health resources allocation take into account the heterogeneity hypothesis was meaningful:government and health administrative departments should coordinate and optimize the allocation of physicians resources to ease the medical treatment difficulty in Ningxia.
