Study on Ningxia Health Resource Allocation Based on Entropy Weight Index of Resource Distribution
Abstract：Objective:From the perspective of resource distribution,analyzing health resource allocations in five districts of Ningxia from 2012-2016,so as to provide references for further health resource allocation and plan.Methods:The Index of Resource Distribution(IRD) weight of each year was calculated by entropy weight method.The allocation of health resources in Ningxia was analyzed and discussed based on the results of IRD.Results:Ningxia IRD values of each year remained stable,but there was significant gaps of regions.Conclusion:The entropy weight method was used to calculate the IRD,which was a new exploration of the research method of health resource allocation.It was suggested to optimize funds,human resources and facilities,so as togradually nanow the gap of regions.
