Initial Exploration about the Health Insurance Integration in Sanming, Fujian
Abstract：Sanming,Fujian integrated the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and the Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance into Basic Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents.There were many highlights,of which the most important was realizing integration through the establishment of medical insurance fund management centers.There were also some problems,mainly focused on unscientific financing mechanism and inadequate service ability of primary medical institutions.In the next reform,it was necessary to adjust the financing and compensation level through scientific estimates,and to reinforce the integration effectiveness by strengthening the ability construction of grass-roots institutions.
