Analysis on the Results of Medical Expense Control and Influencing Factors in Typical Regions of Payment Reforms under New Rural Cooperative Medical System
Abstract：To analyze the results of medical cost control and influencing factors of payment reform under New Rural Cooperative Medical System.Methods:Investigation and data analysis were conducted in the typical regions of paymem reform under New Rural Cooperative Medical System.Results:The payment reform of medical cost in sample areas had certain control effect on the unreasonable increase of medical expense,however,it was still effected by payment reform coverage,visiting number,the enthusiasm of medical institutions and so on.Conclusion:It needed to rise the coverage rate,calculate the payment standard scientifically,promote the enthusiasm of medical institutions,set up the hierarchical medical system and attract patients to wsit the primary medical institutions.
