The Enlightenment of Taking Targeted Health Poverty Alleviation on Implementing Universal Medical Insurance Policy
Abstract：It analyzed the typical cases from the perspective of medical insurance.It compared the advantages and disadvantages of different policies for poverty alleviation,proposed to strengthen the recognition of impoverished person,improve the financing level of medical assistance,enhance the level of medical security of major diseases and release the burden of individual medical expense,so as to achieve the goal of letting impoverished person out of poverty.
