Risk Identification and Control Analysis of Mixed Ownership Medical Institutions
Abstract：Through analyzing mixed ownership rent-seeking risk of medical institutions,excessive medical risk,operational risk,credit risk and social equity risk,it put forward the corresponding control measures:clear the market and the government cooperation mechanism,give full play to the regulatory role of the government;establish the mixed ownership medical institutions evaluation system,improve the access and exit mechanism;establish public hospital and social capital conflict mediation mechanism,improve the corporate governance mechanism;create a good public opinion environment for social capital growth;optimize social capital cooperative medical policy environment.
