Principles and Methods of Relative Weight, Rate and Pricing of C-DRG
Abstract：It introduced the principles and methods of relative weight,rate and pricing of Pricing and Payment Regulation on Chinese Diagnosis-Related Groups (C-DRG).The relative weight of each DRG group was calculated based on cost data and cost-to-charge method was adopted to calculate relative weight.According to the average length of stay,the upperand lower limits of hospitalization,upper and lower relative weight and average relative weight of each DRG group were calculated.Based on the total amount of funds paid by the hospitals in the financing area and the actual DRG groups,base rate was calculated.Based on the base rate and relative weight,the DRG pricing was finally set in light with the local conditions.
