Standardized Application of Grouping Tools in C-DRG
Abstract：One of the most important basic conditions for implementing the Pricing and Payment Regulation on Chinese Diagnosis-Related Groups(C-DRG) was to unify national grouping tools,so that same disease in each hospital in the country could be assigned into the same group and to achieve the monitoring,analysis,evaluation and adjustment of the DRGs grouping of all medical institutions throughout the country.The basic three C-DRG grouping tools were Classification of Diseases,Chinese Clinical Diagnosis Terminology(CCDT) and Chinese Classification of Health Interventions(CCHI).It focused on introducing the three basic grouping tools and their applications,so as to provide references for the implementation of C-DRG in the regions and medical institutions.
