Discussion on the Current Compensation Mechanism of Public Hospitals in China
Abstract：Accompany with continuous propulsion of medical and health system reform in China,the compensation of public hospitals in county and pilot reform cities were adjusted to modes of medical service charge and government subsidies from three modes,including medical service charge,drug additional revenue and government subsidies.The achievement and existing problems of compensation mechanism reform gradually revealed.The government's sense of responsibility had been enhanced obviously,the proportion of drug income obviously decreased,medical income component had changed slightly.Meanwhile,it was still notable that,lack of scientific definition of government compensation,medical price system was not perfect,the motivation of hospital to participate the compensation mechanism reform is underpowered,the coordination of linkage among the medical,medicine and medical insurance was poor.
