Comparative Research and Enlightenment for Diagnosis Related Groups Grouping in Typical Countries
Abstract：Originated from United States,diagnosis related groups(DRG) was widely applied in Australia,Germany,France and other countries,which accumulated rich experience.According to the development process of DRG grouping in typical countries,it compared the history of DRG grouping development,the basic DRG grouping logics,the main variables of grouping,the characteristics of classifying major diagnostic categoriese,partition,basic group and DRG in some typical countries.It summarized the basic principles and main features of DRG grouping in these countries and provided references for the establishment of DRG grouping which accorded with Chinese national conditions.
