Policy Analysis on the Hierachy Health Care and Integration of New Rural Cooperative Medical System and Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance Based on Integration Perspective
Abstract：Policy of tiered medical and integration of new rural cooperative medical system and urban resident basic medical insur ance has been fully implemented in some regions and would be promoted in the next 5 years in the whole of China.Therefore,it was necessary to analyze the possible impact of it.It analyzed the problems and effects that might exist after the implementation of the two policies from the perspective of integration,hoping to provide references for related management practices in the future.
