Research on the Evaluation of Special Drug Policy in Changzhou, Jiangsu: Taking HER-2 Positive Breast Cancer as the Example
Abstract：Selecting Changzhou as the sample region,it took the HER-2 positive breast cancer as example to calculate the medical burden of patients after the implementation of Jiangsu Province's special drug policy.It evaluated the implementation effect of serious illness medicines project according to the "catastrophic health expenditure".The result showed that the policy could reduce the patients' financial burden and the probability of catastrophic health expenditure.Compared to the situation before the implementation of this policy,though the absolute value of total expenditure by medical insurance fund raised by years,the growth rate of expenditure decreased gradually,which showed that the policy did not cause a big shock to the medical insurance fund.
