Analysis on Medical Equipment Configuration Status Based on the NHFPC Delivered Hospitals
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status and existing problems of medical equipment configuration in 44 National Health and Family Planning Commission(NHFPC) delivered hospitals,explore the number of equipment configuration and emergency and inpatient surgery volume correlation in order to provile recommendations for scientific and rational allocation of medical equipments.Methods:Using literature research,expert consultation and questionnaire survey method were applied to collect information.SPSS 19.0 was employed to analyze the data.Results:In addition to the four devices,the other devices were related to the amount of outpatient and inpatient surgery.In the management,the configuration procedure of large-scale medical equipments was more complicated;the approval rate was to be improved;the procedure was lack of scientific configuration;devices to share information technology support was weak.Conclusion:Hospitals needed further establishment and improvement of the configuration management system;establish scientific and rational allocation methods;considered by device sharing,centralized management,conduct performance appraisal and other methods to improve equipment efficiency.
