Research on the Financing Situation of Total Health Expenditure in Chongqing from 2010 to 2014
Abstract：Objective:According to the relevant data of total health expenditure in Chongqing from 2010 to 2014,it focused on the analysis of total health expenditure structural adjustment and change trend of Chongqing to put forward suggestions for improvement compared with the national average data.Methods:The total health expenditure of Chongqing City from 2010 to 2014 was calculated by the method of financing sources,and the results were analyzed.Results:The total health expenditure of Chongqing and the health expenditure per capita increased by years.The proportion of out-of-pocket payment(OPP) decreased to 29.97％ in 2014.The structure of government expenditure on health,social health expenditure OPP were more reasonable by years.Conclusion:The government and the public health financing should be increased to reduce the OPP and the economic burden of disease so as to make the health financing mechanism more reasonable.
