The Analysis on the Application of Broadband Salary in Large-scale Public Hospitals of China
Abstract：According to the new medical reform’s requirement for public hospital salary system reform, referring to the related research findings of broadband salary, it describes the applicability of large-scale public hospitals and broadband salary and points out the possible disadvantages and problems in the application process. The purpose is to introduce the new management method and theory for the medical field, which could improve the initiation and creativity of medical employees.
