Construction and Quantitative Analysis of Basic Health Service Equalization Index System
Abstract：Objective: Based on the current status of the increasing Chinese residents’ requirement for health quality, to construct basic health service equalization index system. Methods: It analyzes the tertiary indicators required by the index system of equal basic health services, through public statistics of China’s 28 regions in 2010 released by the Ministry of Health, determine the index weight matrix of territory index required by basic health service equalization index system by entropy method. Results: It is founded that the equalization degree of basic health serves in eastern coastal areas is higher than that of central and western areas. However , from the national width, the equalization of basic health services index is lower than the central and western regions. However, from a national perspective, basic health services levels of 22 provinces and cities were relatively lower, the Theil index of basic health service equalization is smaller. Conclusion: Basic health services in the inter-regional are unequal in China , but the entire level was relatively balanced.
