Re-exploration on Building Medical Institutions by Social Capital under the Positive Policy Signal
Abstract：Under the policy environment of government giving social capital enormous advantages again to build medical institutions, to analyze the undefined factors such as health insurances, human resources, financing, tax and subsidies in building medical institutions by social capital. The government needs to open the policy and provide clear foundation scheme in further step;meanwhile, health resource optimize allocation is used to leave room for the development of building medical institutions by social capital;the development supervision and direction of future building medical institutions by social capital is proposed.
