Strategic Conception on Establishing Regional Medical Health Service Center of Heilongjiang Western Part in Qiqihar
Abstract：Establishing the regional health care service center meets the needs of improving the function of the regional central city , guaranteeing the people’s livelihood and promoting economic development. Based on analyzing the present condition and existing problems of health care service resources in Qiqihar, it proposes the targets, tasks and strategies of establishing the regional health care service center.
