The Processing Techniques for Missing Data of Total Health Expenditure Based on Time Series Accounting
Abstract：In the time series accounting process of total health expenditure, which involves a large number of historical data, the accounting process of total health expenditure was blocked due to lack of historical data resulted by different reasons. Completing the missing data has become an important element in the time series data accounting process of total expenditure. According to the specific situation of total health expenditure data collecting process in Beijing, the existing data information was utilized effectively, the missing data was filled by various methods flexibly to insure the successful process of total expenditure accounting.
