Exploring the Reason for the System of High Medicine Price

Abstract：Through the system of medicine centralized bidding and purchasing, it intends to solve the problems of high medicine price and drug rebate; however, it failed which was against the willing. It requires exploding regardless hospital regulation system and the current drug production and circulation system to finally stop the high medicine price and drug debate.
