Reflection on Property Rights System Reform of Public Hospitals under the Background of New Medical Reform
Abstract：Objective: Exploring the urgency, necessity and the basic principles and methods of property rights reform in public hospitals. Methods:According to literature research, field research and expert consultation analysis, to draw relevant problems and views with the combine of the local reality of public hospital reform. Results: The assumed tasks and functions of public hospitals in the new period is clear, while property rights system is not clear, the corporate governance structure is imperfect and compensation mechanism is unreasonable, which all restrict the rapid development of public hospitals. Conclusion: It is needed to unswervingly push forward reform of property rights system in public hospitals, actively and steadily implement the restructuring and reorganization of some public hospitals.
