Discussing the Inspiration of Health Equity’s Influencing Pathway Model on the Transferred-Payment Allocation of Public Health Finance
Abstract：Objective: To analyze the inspiration of the health equity’s social influencing theoretical model on the financial transferred-payment allocation of public health in China. Methods: Theoretical research method. Conclusion: Public health financial transferred-payment should be allocated based on the average health need and the health equity need;the introducing measured value of social determinant factors improves the establishment of configuration formula;the formula should be designed reasonably by considering sufficiently the effect of various social factors and the different regional situation; the key public health services with low cost and significant social benefits should be prioritized etc.
