Analysis on Equity of Health Expenditure and Allocation in Hunan Province
Abstract： Through analyzing Hunan total health expenditure and structure from 2000 to 2011, to find that proportion of out of pocket (OOP) expenditure is too high;the growth rate of government health expenditure was always lower than fiscal expenditure;there was a growing gap between urban medical burden and rural medical burden. To propose suggestions including increasing government health input, improving the structure of fiscal expenditure and developing urban-rural integration medical insurance system.
