Exploring the Breakthrough of Payment by Type of Disease Reform Based on Reverse Think
Abstract：Payment by type of disease has become a key point of dealing with the rapid increase of medical expenses recently. Based on the exploration of issues on payment area, the study refined the difficulties of recent reform, by means of analysis of the clarification of problems relationship. As a result, to break out the deadlock of the practice today, the study was designed to offer some theoritical support and breakthrough.
