Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nutritional nursing intervention on the quality of life in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with dysphagia were included in this study. The patients were evaluated based on the Kubota Water Swallowing Test and the degree of dysphagia score.According to the simple numerical principle, they were divided into two groups:a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).The control group received routine nutritional nursing intervention, while the observation group received high-quality nutritional nursing intervention in addition to routine care. The impact of different nursing measures on patients after implementation was evaluated. Results After intervention, the nutritional indicators, swallowing function, and quality of life levels in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nutritional nursing intervention in stroke patients with dysphagia can effectively improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
