Abstract:Objective To observe the serum levels of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),Caveolin-1(caveolin-1)and cystatin C(Cys C)in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH),and to explore their predictive value for disease outcome. Methods A total of 184 patients with HICH who received minimally invasive puncture hematoma drainage were selected as the study group, and 62 healthy volunteers from the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C were compared between the two groups. The patients in the study group were divided into a poor outcome subgroup of 89 cases and a good outcome subgroup of 95 cases according to the disease outcome at 90 days after operation, their preoperative and 7-d postoperative serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of disease outcome. The predictive value of serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1,and Cys C at 7d after operation was evaluated for disease outcomes at 90d after operation. Results The serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C in the poor outcome subgroup were higher than those in the good outcome subgroup at 7d after operation(P<0.05).Hematoma volume, hematoma breaking into ventricle and serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1,Cys C were risk factors for poor outcome(P<0.05).The AUC of combined prediction of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C at 7d after operation was greater than that of single index prediction at 90d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of NLRP3,caveolin-1 and Cys C in patients with HICH are increased, which has a certain predictive value for the disease outcome, and combined detection of their levels can improve the predictive efficiency.
