Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)combined with magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in the diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 103 patients with suspected acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research subjects. Both DWI and MRA were performed for diagnosis, and the results of cerebral angiography were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic effect, diagnostic efficacy, and predictive value of DWI and MRA alone and in combination in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Patient compliance was measured. Results Among 103 patients with suspected acute cerebral infarction,78 cases were diagnosed as positive and 25 cases as negative by DSA.DWI was used to diagnose 72 cases of positive(62 cases of true positive,10 cases of false positive)and 31 cases of negative(15 cases of true negative,16 cases of false negative).MRA was used to diagnose 65 cases of positive(50 cases of true positive,15 cases of false positive)and 38 cases of negative(10 cases of true negative,28 cases of false negative).DWI combined with MRA was used to diagnose 81 cases of positive(73 cases of true positive,8 cases of false positive)and 22 cases of negative(17 cases of true negative,5 cases of false negative). The diagnostic specificity of DWI combined with MRA was 68.00%(17/25),and there was no significant difference between DWI alone(60.00%,15/25)and MRA alone(40.00%,10/25)(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of DWI combined with MRA were 93.59%(73/78)and 87.38%(90/103),which were higher than DWI[79.49%(62/78),74.76%(77/103)]and MRA[64.10%(50/78),58.25%(60/103)](P<0.05).The positive predictive value of DWI combined with MRA was 90.12%(73/81),which was not significantly different from 86.11%(62/72)of DWI and 76.92%(50/65)of MRA(P>0.05).The negative predictive value of DWI combined with MRA(77.27%,17/22)was higher than that of DWI(48.39%,15/31)and MRA(26.32%,10/38)(P<0.05).The compliance of 103 patients with suspected acute cerebral infarction was 98.06%(101/103).Conclusion DWI combined with MRA in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction can improve the diagnostic efficiency and provide scientific basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment,It can also improve the compliance of patients.
