Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Ninety PD patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group(45 cases)received biofeedback treatment, while the observation group(45 cases)underwent treatment with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback. Both groups received continuous treatment for 12 days. The rehabilitation status, motor function, and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score in the observation group was 28.25±5.47,which was lower than the control group's score of 31.14±7.14(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)score in the observation group was 68.65±7.13,which was higher than the control group's score of 62.17±6.34(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was 8.84±2.02,which was lower than the control group's score of 11.25±2.19(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and biofeedback therapy shows a promising effect in PD patients, facilitating disease recovery, enhancing motor function, and alleviating sleep disturbances.
