Abstract:Objective To study the expression of DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) in glioblastoma, and explore the relationship between DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 in glioblastoma tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and combined with the clinical and prognostic data for statistical analysis in 30 patients. Results ①DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 were expressed in glioblastoma tumor tissues of all the 30 patients.②Expression of DNA-PKcs was negatively correlated with the survival time (r=-0.915,P< 0.05),the survival time was shorter in the strong positive expression group than in the weak positive group, the survival rate was lower than the weak positive group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).③The expression of DNA-PKcs was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 in glioblastoma (r=0.832,P< 0.05).④There is no statistical difference in expression level between different ages, genders, tumor sizes (P> 0.05).Conclusion DNA-PKcs is of great significance for the clinical treatment and prognosis ofglioblastoma patients.
