The surgery via subfrontal or frontobasal interhemispheric pathway was performed on 10 patients and observation on 1. The patients were followed up and the prognosis was evaluated. Results In the patients who received surgery, total resection was achieved in 6 patients and partial in 4. There was no tumor relapse in child group during the follow-up period from 3 months to 5 years and 3 months. The patients in adult group were followed up from 3 years and 9 months to 5 years and 2 months and the mean survival time was 20 months. The patient who received conservative treatment was followed up for 7 months and the tumor remained stable.
