Research Progress on the Influencing Factors and Prevention of Perioperative Hypothermia in Children With Congenital Heart Disease

Abstract:During the surgical treatment of children with congenital heart disease,hypothermia is a common complica-tion.It may lead to serious problems such as hypoxia and acidosis,and even poses a threat to life.Therefore,it is of great signifi-cance to study how to alleviate the adverse effects(e.g.,complications)of hypothermia.The purpose of this study is to review the research progress on the influencing factors and intervention measures of perioperative hypothermia in children with congenital heart disease,aiming to provide a reference for reducing the incidence of perioperative hypothermia in these children in China.
