Abstract：Acute kidney injury(AKI)is one of the common complications after open thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm(TAAAs)repair.This review introduces the different diagnostic criteria of AKI and discusses the risk factors and perioperative renal protection strategies of AKI after open TAAAs repair.
