Abstract：In this paper,we review the risk factors and preventive measures for inducing delirium in elderly patients after open heart surgery,to provide a theoretical basis for the early identification of delirium triggers after open heart surgery,so as to improve the prevention and treatment of delirium in elderly patients after open heart surgery.
