Expert consensus on cardiopulmonary resuscitation with extracorporeal mem-brane oxygenation by Delphi method

Abstract:[ Abstract]:Objective To preliminarily achieve expert consensus on cardiopulmonary resuscitation with extracorporeal mem?brane oxygenation( ECPR) in China. Methods We analyzed domestic and overseas literature on ECPR and designed questionnaires by using Delphi method. National experts in extracorporeal circulation and critical care medicine were selected to conduct the survey. SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the results.Results A total of two rounds of expert consultations were conducted. The first round recrui?ted 25 experts and the feedback from experts was 100%. The first round consultation achieved 30 consensuses, including the definition, indication and contraindication of ECPR, monitoring during ECPR, and indications for weaning the ECMO. The second round consulta?tion focused on the items in controversy and new expert opinions. Twenty experts were included and the feedback rate was 100%. Six?teen consensuses were achieved during the second round. After analyzing the results, expert consensus of ECPR was achieved. Conclu?sion The achievement of the clinical expert consensus of ECPR will facilitate the application of ECPR.
