Application Effect of Targeted Nursing based on Goal-oriented Strategy in Patients with Liver Failure Treated by Bilirubin Adsorption Combined with Plasma Exchange

Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of targeted nursing based on goal-oriented strategy in patients with liver failure treated by bilirubin adsorption combined with plasma exchange.Methods A total of 98 patients with liver failure who received combined treatment of bilirubin adsorption and plasma exchange in Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Hospital of Nanjing)from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of flipping a coin,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group received targeted nursing based on goal-oriented strategy.The control group received conventional nursing.The liver function and nursing satisfaction after nursing,the psychological resilience and self-efficacy before and after nursing between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of liver function indicators in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological resilience and self-efficacy scores of both groups were significantly higher than before nursing,and the psychological resilience and self-efficacy scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing based on goal-oriented strategies in the treatment of liver failure patients with bilirubin adsorption and plasma exchange can effectively improve their liver function,enhance their psychological resilience,self-efficacy,and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promoting and using.
