Influence of CICARE Communication Model Combined with Doctor-nurse Cooperative Responsibility System Nursing on the Quality of Bowel Preparation and Psychological Stress of Patients undergoing Digestive Endoscopy

Abstract：Objective To explore the quality of bowel preparation and psychological stress in patients undergoing digestive endoscopy with the CICARE communication model combined with the doctor-nurse cooperative responsibility system nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy in Digestive Endoscopy Center of No.95 Hospital of Putian from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing,while the combined group adopted the CICARE communication model combined with the doctor-nurse cooperative responsibility system nursing.The quality of bowel preparation,as well as the psychological pressure and physiological stress before and after the examination between the two groups were compared.Results The quality of bowel preparation in the combined group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the examination,both groups showed improvement in psychological pressure and physiological stress compared to before the examination,and the combined group showed significantly better psychological pressure and physiological stress than those in the control group after the examination(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of CICARE communication model combined with doctor-nurse cooperative responsibility system nursing for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination has shown good results,which can effectively improve the quality of patients'intestinal preparation,regulate psychological pressure,and improve their physiological stress level after examination.It is worth promoting and using.
