Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of midwives-led delivery companionship model on the psychological state and delivery outcome of primiparas. Methods A total of 120 primiparas who were registered and delivered in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Yongchun County Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a companion group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional obstetric nursing,on this basis the companion group combined with midwives-led delivery companion model. The delivery outcomes, labor process, and psychological states were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results The natural delivery rate in the companion group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The durations of all stages of labor and the total labor duration in the companion group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing care, the psychological state scores in both groups were significantly lower than before the care, and the scores in the companion group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife-led delivery companionship model can improve the outcomes of primiparas, shorten the labor process, and alleviate negative emotions, which is worth promoting and using.
