The Impact of Nursing Interventions Based on the Concept of Self-Role Identity on the Symptoms,Social Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia in the Symptomatic Stage

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Self-role identity nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia in the symptomatic stage.Methods The study period is from January 2024 to December 2024.The research subjects are 70 patients with overt schizophrenia admitted to Shanghang Psychiatric Sanatorium in Longyan and randomly divided into a control group(n=35)and a study group(n=35).The control group received basic nursing intervention,while the study group received self-role identity concept nursing intervention on top of it.The improvement of mental symptoms,quality of life,and compliance between the two groups after intervention was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the positive and negative symptom scales in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of each dimension of the inpatient psychosis rehabilitation observe scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of each dimension of the quality of life scale for patients with schizophrenia in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-role identity concept nursing intervention can promote symptom recovery,improve the social function,quality of life and compliance of patients with schizophrenia in the symptomatic stage.
