Analysis of Application Effect of Motivational Interview-based Psychological Intervention in Patients with Hypertension Complicated by Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on motivational interview in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods This study selected 45 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease before the implementation of motivational interview-based psychological nursing mode in 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from July 2022 to June 2023 as the conventional group,and 45 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease after the implementation of motivational interview-based psychological nursing mode in 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from July 2023 to June 2024 as the psychological group.The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before intervention,there was no significance in disease knowledge reserve,self-management ability,treatment compliance,psychological status,psychological resilience and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes were significantly improved between the two groups,and the psychological group was significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in psychological group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of motivational interview based psychological nursing in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can significantly improve patients'psychological resilience and treatment compliance,and improve patients'negative emotions and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
