Abstract:Objective To study the effects of sensory and perceptual training combined with task-oriented exercise rehabilitation on sensory integration and static postural control in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 84 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Tianjin Children's Hospital from March 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group by a random number table method. The control group received sensory and perceptual training, while the observation group received task-oriented exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, both groups showed increased scores on the Berg balance scale and 6-minute walk test distance, with the observation group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed decreased scores on the modified Ashworth scale, with the observation group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed increased scores on the gross motor function measure, with the observation group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After sensory and perceptual training combined with task-oriented exercise rehabilitation, the children with spastic cerebral palsy can significantly improve their sensory integration ability and balance function, and promote their recovery as soon as possible, with good therapeutic effect and high clinical value.
