Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course management nursing mode in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Ninety lymphoma patients who received chemotherapy treatment in the Hematology Department of Sanming First Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into a routine group and a whole-course management group using a random number table method, with 45 patients in each group. The routine group implements routine nursing, while the whole-course management group implements whole-course management nursing.Compare the incidence of complications and adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups, and compare the negative emotions, psychological resilience, sleep quality,self-efficacy,and quality of life before and after intervention between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of negative emotions, psychological resilience, sleep quality,self-efficacy,and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(all P>0.05).After intervention, the negative emotions, psychological resilience, sleep quality,self-efficacy,and quality of life scores of both groups were improved, and the scores of the above indicators in the whole-course management group were significantly better than those in the routine group after intervention(all P<0.05).The total incidences of complications and adverse reactions in the whole-course management group were significantly lower than those in the routine group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the routine group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy, the whole-course management nursing model can significantly improve the negative emotions, sleep quality and mental resilience of patients, and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and adverse reactions, making it worth promoting and using.
