Application Effect of Personalized Nursing in Patients Treated with Coronary Stent Implantation

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing in patients treated with coronary stent implantation.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease who were received coronary stent implantation in the 951st Hospital of the PLA Ground Force from August 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and a personalized group with 75 patients in each group by random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the personalized group received personalized nursing.Compare the changes in vital signs during the perioperative period,surgical related indicators,nursing satisfaction,and negative emotions before and after nursing between two groups.Results At admission,there was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(all P>0.05).Immediately before surgery and 20 minutes after the start of surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the personalized group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The personalized group had shorter surgical preparation time and operation time than the control group,and higher intraoperative cooperation than the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating scales of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the personalized group had significantly lower scores of self-rating scales of anxiety and depression than the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of personalized group in all dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing for patients undergoing coronary stent implantation can further improve negative emotions,reduce stress reactions,and shorten surgical time compared to routine nursing.It is worth promoting and using.
