Application Effect of Individualized Nursing Model with Psychological Nursing as the Core in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Stent Implantation Surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing with psychological nursing as the core in patients undergoing coronary artery stent implantation surgery.Methods A total of 194 patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation surgery at the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were randomly divided into a routine group and a psychological group,with 97 patients in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the psychological group received individualized nursing with psychological nursing as the core.The occurrence of complications,adverse events,and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two grups,as well as negative emotions,psychological resilience,treatment compliance,and quality of life before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the negative emotions,psychological resilience,treatment compliance,and quality of life scores of both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the scores of the psychological group were significantly better than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the psychological group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing coronary artery stent implantation surgery,adopting individualized nursing model with psychological care as the core can enhance their psychological resilience,improve negative emotions,enhance treatment compliance and quality of life,and is worth promoting and using.
