Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing based on the concept of quantitative evaluation in patients undergoing acute calculous cholecystitis surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis who underwent surgical treatment at Shaanxi Traffic Hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into a quantitative group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The quantitative group implemented operating room nursing based on the concept of quantitative evaluation, while the control group implemented routine operating room nursing.Compare the nursing satisfaction, negative emotion, and physiological stress responses before and after nursing between two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in negative emotions and physiological stress responses between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, the negative emotions and physiological stress reactions of quantitative group were significantly lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of quantitative group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation concept can achieve satisfactory results, improve patients'negative emotions, and alleviate physiological stress reactions in patients undergoing acute calculous cholecystitis surgery. It is worth promoting and using.
