Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of computed tomography perfusion(CTP)and computed tomography angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 115 suspected acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital from June 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects. All patients voluntarily underwent CTP,CTA,and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examinations.Using DSA examination results as the gold standard, compare and analyze the diagnostic efficacy of CTP,CTA alone, and CTP combined with CTA examination, and analyze the imaging indicators of CTP examination. Results Out of 115 suspected patients with acute ischemic stroke,80 cases were diagnosed.Compared with CTP or CTA examinations alone,CTP combined with CTA examination had significantly higher diagnostic accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity, lower misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates(all P<0.05).The CTP examination results showed that there were significant differences in cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume, mean transit time, and peak time between the infarcted area and the semi dark area and the control area(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CTP combined with CTA examination in patients with acute ischemic stroke has better diagnostic efficacy than using CTP or CTA examination alone, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
