Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative clinical prognosis in patients with traumatic fractures of the lower extremities. Methods A retrospective collection of 360 patients with traumatic fractures of the lower extremities admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2024 was conducted. These patients were divided into a poor prognosis group(n=60)and a good prognosis group(n=300)based on their prognosis. The clinical data of the two groups were compared to explore factors that may lead to poor patient prognosis. Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age(OR=2.461),hyperlipidemia(OR=2.750),diabetes(OR=2.227),preoperative acute complications(OR=2.406),prognostic nutritional index(OR=1.359),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(OR=1.015),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(OR=1.115),and C-reactive protein(OR=4.189)were factors influencing poor postoperative clinical prognosis in patients with lower limb traumatic fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,hyperlipidemia, diabetes, prognostic nutritional index, preoperative acute complications, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, and C-reactive protein are closely related to the postoperative clinical prognosis of patients with lower limb traumatic fractures. For patients with the aforementioned risk factors, the risk of poor prognosis should be vigilantly monitored.
