Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of cinacasser in patients with uremia undergoing Maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 92 patients with uremia admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into groups by the random number table method. The control group(n=46)was treated with MHD only, while the experimental group(n=46)was treated with sinacalept additionally. The improvement of inflammatory factors, immune function, and calcium-phosphate metabolism were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of alkaline phosphatase, intact parathyroid hormone and blood phosphorus in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of blood calcium was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uremia, the application of cinacalcet on the basis of MHD can effectively alleviate their inflammatory response, simultaneously improve immune function, and regulate phosphorus and calcium metabolism.
