Application Effect of Problem Oriented Nursing Model in Patients with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of problem oriented nursing mode in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods Ninety ALL patients who received treatment in Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received problem oriented nursing care.The scores of Herth hope index(HHI),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G),and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the HHI,CD-RISC,and FACT-G in both groups showed an upward trend,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,while that in the control group was 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented nursing model during chemotherapy for patients with ALL can help enhance their hope level and psychological resilience,significantly improve their quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of incidence of adverse.
